Yearly support pack

We are currently developing more than ten softwares (Lasso, Authentic 2, Mandaye, w.c.s., Au quotidien, Poll-O, etc.). We are thus in the best position to provide support on them. We offer a yearly support pack on all our solutions. Don't hesitate to contact us to receive one such offer.

Support by ticket

We also offer one time support. Support by ticket is invoiced through a prepaid account system. Support is given over the phone or by email, the prepaid account being charged by 15 minutes increments (N.B. every 15 minutes increment started is charged). Entr'ouvert avails his clients of a local rate phone number available 5 days a week, from 9:30 to 12:30 and from 14:00 to 18:00. A 15 min ticket is invoiced € 62,5 exclusive of taxes.

On demand, Entr'ouvert can also travel on site for one day to answer a punctual need of a client. One day of such intervention is invoiced as 8 hours support, without any additional travel fees within metropolitan France.
