Au quotidien is a customizable online services platform :
Registered users have a personal acces to their "my account" space. They they can check in real-time the resolution of those requests. In some cases, the form setup enables a question and answer exchange between the user and the officer in care of the handling (follow-up an unsolved request, need of additional details...).
For officers in care of handling the requests, the tool also enables the follow-up and handling of the requests.
The integrated statistics system keeps the administrators informed of the portal use rate and the requests resolution rate. You can thus evaluate the time spent by your officers on various forms and get to know the potential locking points (lack of staff, reply to difficult questions or to questions addressed to the wrong person...).
The software has three acces levels :

Front-office
Users have access to the homepage on which the available requests are listed.
The user can create an account and fill his personal information therein. This account enables him to automatically fill the forms with his entered data and to benefit from a control panel to follow up his requests.
Depending on the setup predefined by the community, the user shall have access to requests needing specific access rights (funding requests for associations, preregistration to preschool...)
Back-office
For officers in care of handling the requests, the tool also enables the follow-up and handling of the requests. Each form may be associated with a validation circuit offering to the managing officers a list of possible actions in handling the request.
At each step of the validation process, the user and/or other managers involved in handling the request may be informed by mail.

Administration Solution
Au quotidien is provided with a set of standard and easily customizable forms. A community site allows downloading new forms and uploading one's own forms to the benefit of the majority.
In the other hand, the community is wholly free to customize the existing forms or to create new ones from the administration interface. The ergonomic interface does not ask for specific IT expertise; at the end of the training, officers will be autonomous to create forms according to the needs of the community.
The same principle applies to validation circuits (work flows) which will be customizable to the operation mode of the city services.
