Au quotidien enables the implementation of the CRM bases while allowing the collectivity to manage the user in a transparent way by keeping him informed in real time of the evolution of his requests. The integrated rights management allows access to the requests depending on the user profile (association president, school director, community agent...).

It is thus possible to :

Au quotidien guarantees a great flexibility to answer closely to the dematerialization needs of your collectivity requests.
About thirty ready-to-use forms are available. You can easily customize them from the administration interface. In the same way, you can create on the fly a new form according to the services needs. The ergonomic back-office enables any trained agent to use it (1 day of training is included in the portal implementation offer).
The system of customizable workflow enables you to follow your own validation system (hierarchic validation, circulation between services or officers...). Requests are then directed through a validation circuit standardized according to your internal constraints.
Hosting solution and maintenance
Au quotidien is offered in hosted mode (SaaS). Hosting, corrective maintenance and backups are included in the subscription of the community.
Au quotidien is in permanent evolution. Entr'ouvert and the free software community work at all times to develop new functions. Developments are regularly offered to all the users through new versions. At each version, we update our clients installations. These updates can correct minor bugs, improve the ergonomics of parts of the portal or add new functions. In case of important update, we will present the changes to the community to let the managers and administrators aware of the new functions.
In case of specific requests related to the portal evolution, we evaluate the work needed for its implementation, as well as in cases of a beneficial evolution to the community or related to specific uses of the community. Following the evaluation, the request will result in a quote proposal.
The Au quotidien offer is based on the w.c.s. free software published by Entr'ouvert. Any community may wish to download and freely use our solution if it wishes to do so.
