License and Support

Licenses

All our products are freely downloadable and usable, with respects for the terms of the GNU GPL V2 (or later) License. The official text of the GNU GPL license can be found on the site of the Free Software Foundation. This license imposes that softwares in strong interaction with our solutions are themselves released under a compatible license.

As far as Authentic and Larpe are concerned, their link with products released under not compatible licenses are harmless, as it is always a weak one.

Lasso on the contrary, can have to be strongly linked to a proprietary solution. In that case the GNU GPL license cannot be used. Entr'ouvert always invite its customers to do their best to use the GNU GPL license. When it is not possible, Entr'ouvert can design a commercial and paying license of Lasso. Entr'ouvert is able to propose this commercial license because it has the full and complete intellectual property of the Lasso code.

Support

The support for the solutions developed by Entr'ouvert is invoiced using a pre-filled account system. The support is delivered by telephone or email, the pre-filled intervention account being output by section of fifteen minutes (Nb: 20 mn of support = 2 fifteen minutes output). The service is available 5 days out of 7, from 9h30 to 12h30 and 14h00 to 19h00 (Paris local time), and the call number is not surtaxed. The 15 minutes ticket is invoiced 62,5 €.

On the customer demand, Entr'ouvert can also move on site during one day to accomplish a specific task needeed by the customer. The day of intervention is invoiced 8 hours of support - without additional travelling expenses in Metropolitan France.
